Last week Kaliman Gallery hosted the Garden of Eden, a one night only runway fashion event showcasing a collection of unique garments by fashion label Romance was Born and new works by artist Del Kathryn Barton.
Barton's paintings are a direct source of inspiration for the distinctive fabric designs created by Romance was Born. The Garden of Eden was a unique celebration of their ongoing collaborations. The function was followed by a two-day exhibition featuring the art work and garments from the runway show.
